Encompass Health plans move to Land O’ Lakes

New regional headquarters coming to Pasco County

Phillips & Jordan Inc., a heavy civil and right of way infrastructure contractor, plans to locate a regional headquarters just east of the State Road 52 and Interstate 75 interchange. Fleda Pharmaceuticals has announced a two-phase $4 million project to build a manufacturing facility in Odessa, according to the Pasco Economic Development Council Inc.
