Brightwork Crossing is going vertical. Brick-and-mortar tower-like structures are rising on the 32-acre site, off State Road 54, west of Wesley Chapel Boulevard. Price nearly doubles for ‘diverging diamond ‘

Construction of the diverging diamond interchange at Interstate 75 and State Road 56 now has an estimated cost of $40 million. That’s $16 million more than the original estimated cost of $24 million.
