Region offers Easter festivities

Southern Charm RV Resort, 37811 Chancey Road in Zephyrhills, will host a potluck picnic for permanent or winter residents hailing from Minnesota on Feb. 17. Tampa Theatre, 711 N. Franklin St., in downtown Tampa, will host a “Bond-A-Thon,” Feb. 17. Three movies will be shown: “Goldfinger” at 1:30 p.m., “The Spy Who Loved Me” at 4 p.m., and “Casino Royale” at “007” p.m. Film-inspired costumes are welcome, and there will be Bond-themed drink specials. The Zephyrhills Area Amateur Radio Club (ZAARC) will meet Feb. 18 at St. Elizabeth’s Episcopal Church, 5855 16th St., in Zephyrhills. The business meeting will start at 6 p.m., followed by a coffee break and a discussion or presentation at 7 p.m. The group meets the third Monday night of every month. Feb. 19 at 2 p.m.: “Revisiting Frederick Douglass, A Monologue,” by Donald L.
