New apartment project approved on State Road 54

The Pasco County Commission has approved a project with 280 apartments and 49,500 square feet of commercial, on the north side of State Road 54, between Wesley Chapel Boulevard and Collier Parkway. New interchange expected to ease traffic on area roads

Plans are underway to build an interchange connecting Overpass Road to Interstate 75 in Wesley Chapel, and the project is expected to have a flyover ramp. Phillips & Jordan Inc., a heavy civil and right of way infrastructure contractor, plans to locate a regional headquarters just east of the State Road 52 and Interstate 75 interchange.
