An error in a notice for a rezoning has prompted a new hearing on the request. Update: Because of an error in the notice for this rezoning, a new zoning hearing has been scheduled for Feb. 4 at 1:30 p.m., at the Historic Pasco County Courthouse, 37918 Meridian Ave., in Dade City. Planning Commission recommends against rezoning

The Pasco County Planning Commission has recommended denial of a request that would allow a small subdivision off of Bell Lake Road, in Land O’ Lakes.
