Pasco wants you, to fight illegal dumping

Pasco County is turning to a state law against littering — coupled with the help of its citizens — to get tougher on illegal dumping. Pasco County has launched a new system called Alert Pasco, which allows residents to be notified of emergencies, such as wildfires and hurricanes.
