Zephyrhills Police chief talks crime, initiatives and more

Arrests are up in Zephyrhills, but overall crime trends are down citywide. Free breakfast is now available to all students in nearly 50 schools in Pasco County for the 2014-15 school year. Reduced and free meals are typically available to lower income families.
