Plans to serve up more tennis opportunities for Zephryhills residents — while also creating a regional asset — have moved yet another step forward. Zephyrhills sets tax rate, presents draft budget

For the third straight year, the property tax rate will stay the same in Zephyrhills. The Zephyrhills City Council voted to set the tentative millage rate at 6.35 mills. Water and sewer rates expected to rise in Zephyrhills

Zephyrhills residents could see an increase on their utility bills, beginning next year. The Zephyrhills City Council has selected a firm to run the city’s proposed tennis complex, the latest step in guiding the ambitious project forward. To help the city of Zephyrhills address annexations, rezoning and land-use changes, a new technician is being added to the municipal payroll.
