Timberdale at Chapel Crossings officially opens by appointment only to welcome new homebuyers on Feb. 23. Mattamy’ Asbury home designs will include nine single-family home designs from 1,506 square feet to 2,810 square feet and have 2 to 5 bedrooms. Asbury will begin sales and unveil a designer-decorated model home in March.
Both Mattamy neighborhoods will have Florida Green Building Certification and offer an array of energy-efficient green features and a smart home tech package.
Mattamy Homes also will be opening an additional neighborhood of stylish townhomes, Twin Creek at Chapel Crossings this Summer.
Volanti in Wesley Chapel
Located just 4 miles from Interstate 75, off Wesley Chapel Boulevard, Volanti offers stylish, low-maintenance townhomes and boasts excellent access to the best of the Wesley Chapel area, including premier shopping and dining destinations at Tampa Premium Outlets, the Grove, and The Shops at Wiregrass.
