HCA Florida Trinity Hospital will host a Lunch and Learn on April 27 at noon, on the topic of belly pain, heartburn, lumps and bumps.
The guest speaker will be Dr. Robert Perez, general surgeon. Topics will include heartburn, chest or abdominal pain, acid reflux, difficulty swallowing, fever or chills, nausea or vomiting, and when to head to the emergency room or make a doctor appointment. Participants can learn more about these signs and symptoms and how they can sometimes be connected with conditions such as hernias, gallbladder disease and/or lipomas (fatty tumors under the skin).
