The 2023 F.R.I.E.N.D.S Buddy Walk is scheduled for Oct. 21 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Al Lopez Park, 4802 N. Himes Ave., in Tampa. Cost is $20 to walk. F.R.I.E.N.D.S is a Tampa-based nonprofit organization that provides vital special needs information, education and resources to those people with Down Syndrome and other disabilities and their families.
