Buddy Baseball will host its Buddy Run 5K and Fun Run on Nov. 5 at 8 a.m. at Lake Park, 17302 N. Dale Mabry Highway, in Lutz. Cost is $35 for the 5K, $20 for the mile fun run and $40 for the virtual 5K, with proceeds benefiting the organization, which provides baseball fun for kids with special needs. The race route will follow Sheriffs Posse Road, while the cost to enter the park is $2. Each participant will receive a shirt and a medal.
