The Veterans Art Center Tampa Bay (VACTB) will celebrate its 10th anniversary on Sept. 23 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., at the Hillsborough County Bar Association. The theme is “Healing and Unifying.” VACTB provides alternative therapies through the arts for military, veterans, first responders and their families, focusing on mental health, healing and suicide prevention. The keynote speaker will be Rep. Gus Bilirakis. The patriotic program will include an awards presentation, silent auction, travel package auction, appetizers, non-alcoholic beverages, beer and wine, and art.
