Christmas Trail Run

RunFluent, a professional Gait Analysis company, will host its Christmas trail run at Lake Park, 17302 N. Dale Mabry Highway in Lutz, on Dec. 16 at 8 a.m. The event has two components: participants can do the 4-mile trail run ($35) or the seven-hour multi-lap run ($59). All participants receive a finisher medal and T-shirt, plus there will be awards and cash prizes. For more information or to register, visit tinyurl.com/bdenu9eh.
