Awaken Florida 2023: An Enriching Festival for the Mind, Body, and Soul will return on Dec. 2 and Dec. 3 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the WellCome OM Integral Healing and Education Center in Spring Hill.
The festival honors age-old wellness practices, guiding participants toward the rejuvenating powers of spiritual, mental, physical and emotional harmony.
There will be a variety of experiences: soul music, discussions, wellness routines, traditional cuisines, workshops, and more.
The two-day agenda intertwines traditions such as yoga, meditation, and therapeutic healing practices.
There also will be a butterfly and ladybug exhibit and young guests can see children’s theater performances. Art enthusiasts can view live art demonstrations, too.
