Development is ramping up in Zephyrhills

New interchange will ease congestion

Construction crews could be turning dirt within months on a new interchange at Interstate 75 and Overpass Road. A contractor is expected to be selected by August, and completion is expected about 2 ½ years after construction begins. UPDATE: Southbound I-75 to westbound SR 56 reopened

The southbound Interstate 75 ramp to westbound State Road 56 has been reopened. Work on the Diverging Diamond had closed the right lane of the ramp heading west, but kept open the left lane on the ramp. Diverging diamond work moves forward

Work is approaching the halfway mark on the diverging diamond interchange at Interstate 75 and State Road 56. Pasco considered for new cross-county bus routes

Pasco County commuters may soon have easier access into neighboring counties, as two new bus routes are being explored along the Interstate 75 and Interstate 275 corridors.
