Rose Rich sipped a cool drink as she shared a bench out of the sun at The Shops at Wiregrass. The Shops at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel is among 10 regional malls that will be sold by Forest City Realty Trust, Inc., for a total of about $3.2 billion, according to an announcement by Forest City.
