Children who normally eat lunch at school when classes are in session have a free alternative during the summer months. Rabies alert area in Zephyrhills expanded

The Florida Department of Health in Pasco County has expanded the boundaries for a rabies alert it issued last month, after a raccoon found outside the previous boundaries tested positive for rabies. A cat has tested positive for rabies in the southeastern part of Pasco County, putting Zephyrhills on alert for the disease.
