ICI Homes, one of Florida’s best known and prestigious homebuilders, has officially opened its second phase of homes in Bexley, a planned community embracing a natural setting in Land O’ Lakes.
“It’s great to be back in Bexley. It’s a wonderful, flagship community,” says Greg Jones, Tampa division manager for ICI Homes.
Phase two will feature 32 homesites that are a short walk to Bexley’s premier amenity center, which features a resort-style pool, game room, well-equipped fitness room, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and a community cafe.
“It’s basically like having the amenity center in your backyard,” says Jones.
Ranging from 1,500 square feet to 2,800 square feet, the homesites will start in the upper $400s, will have one- and two-story options, and will feature alley garages. Also, due to the homesites’ floor plan elevations, many of them will be offering lake, park or preserve views. All of these homes, in the spirit of ICI’S brand, will be fully customizable to each and every homeowner’s interest and style.
The Primrose is one of the featured floor plans at Bexley. This two-story plan features nearly 2,500 square feet of living space, with a master bedroom suite on the main level, along with one guest bedroom and bathroom.
