The annual Kumquat Festival “Miss & Mr. Kumquat Festival Pageant” will be Jan. 16 at Calvary Assembly of God Church in Dade City. Contestants must be between the ages of 2 and 18 as of Jan. 16, and will be judged on poise, personality, communication skills and overall presentation.
