The Florida State Fair Authority will host the 2016 Florida State Fair Diversity Community Leaders Wall of Fame ceremony on Feb. 6 at 10 a.m., at the Waterfront Café, close to the Expo Hall at 4800 U.S. 301 N in Tampa. Those being honored are Dr. Walter L. Smith, African-American Wall of Fame; Priscilla Clark, Hispanic Wall; and Hung Mai, Asian-Pacific Wall.
