The Tampa Bay Fossil Club will present its 29th annual FossilFest on March 12 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and March 13 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Florida State Fairgrounds. There will be displays, vendors, workshops, door prizes, kids’ games, silent auctions and raffles. For a small fee, kids can dig through a sand pit to recover fossils and keep what they find.
