The Pasco County Extension Office will offer an herb seminar on Oct. 1 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., in Clayton Hall at the Pasco County Fairgrounds, 36702 State Road 52 in Dade City. Participants can learn how to grow and cook herbs. There also will be a Master Gardener herb plant sale, education table with growing guides and recipes, a bake sale and sampling of baked products, and container gardening demonstrations.
