Hillsborough County’s Pet Resource Center, 440 N. Falkenburg Road in Tampa, will host a “First Saturday Howl-O-Ween Fall Festival” on Oct. 1 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. There also will be refreshments and music, special guests, exhibitors, rescue partners, foster pets ready for adoption, and free admission and parking.
