The Sisterhood at Congregation Kol Ami will participate in the sewing program “Little Dresses for Africa” on Oct. 11 at 10 a.m., in the boardroom. Volunteers should bring a portable sewing machine if they have one. Also needed are fabric or pillowcases, thread, trimmings, ¼-inch elastic and bias tape, scissors, pins, iron and ironing board.
