The Land O’ Lakes First United Methodist Church, 6209 Land O’ Lakes Blvd., will host a “Family Fall Festival” with a pirate theme on Oct. 25 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Kids can wear costumes and participate in activities like “Pirate Ship Launch,” an obstacle course, hook toss, bobbing for apples and karaoke. There will be hot dogs, popcorn and cookies, and a “Dastardly Pirate Pumpkin Jack’s Slime Finale.” Admission is free. For information, visit LOLUMC.org.
