Morningstar Fishermen, 33336 Old Saint Joe Road in Dade City, will have a workshop called “Power Tools: For Women by Women” on Dec. 5 from 10 a.m. to noon. This is an interactive class where women can learn the safe and effective use of power tools; how to identify the parts and functions of tools; how to identify and select the proper drill and screwdriver bits; and how to select and change the blades on a circular saw, all while drilling, cutting and driving screws.
