The Shattering Barriers annual dinner celebration will take place Sept. 16 at A La Carte Event Pavilion, 4050 Dana Shores Drive in Tampa. The fundraiser will benefit the MacDonald Training Center, an organization that offers life and job skills training to people with disabilities. Cocktails will start at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 p.m. There will be craft beer tasting, games, silent and live auctions, and live musical performances. Sponsorships are available.
