Spirit People Intertribal Family will host the Back to Odessa Pow Wow Sept. 18, Sept. 19 and Sept. 20, at 2317 Gunn Highway in Odessa. The cost is $4 per person at the gate. Children younger than 12 are free. A family or carload limit of five people is $8. All veterans and active service members are free with ID. There will be storytelling, drumming, dancing, raffles, 50/50, and educational events. Gates open each day at 10 a.m. Guests should bring a lawn chair or blanket.
