Another look at some of our local wildlife 2019

Florida is abundant with wildlife, and whether it flies or crawls, or swims, our readers sent in a variety of photos from birds to butterflies and, of course, alligators.

We thought we’d take a look back and share some of the creatures we showcased in 2019, in our Local Wildlife feature.

    How does one submit wildlife photography to be featured? I have some I’m pretty proud of! 🙂

      Hi Rachel,
      You can submit wildlife photos to . Be sure to let us know where the photo was taken, where you live, and any background information on the animal, etc., that you might want to add. And please, do not alter the photos in any way…send them in their original jpg format/size.
      We love seeing what our readers capture when they are out and about, and in their own backyards!
