The Pasco County Library System is now offering Flipster, a magazine service that allows users to browse digital versions of the latest issues of popular magazines. With internet access and a valid library card, current and back issues can be accessed online, as well as downloaded to Android devices, Apple devices, and Kindle Fire tablets.
