Leonardo Villanueva, a GMA (Gospel Music Asssociation) Dove Award winner, will host a benefit concert for Trinity Café 2 on April 23 at 7 p.m., at First United Methodist Church, 960 W. Lutz Lake Fern Road. Trinity Café 2 recently opened in the First Church of God, 2202 E. Busch Blvd. The concert hopes to raise awareness and financial assistance for the café’s second location. The inaugural Trinity Café has served more than 1.1 million restaurant-quality meals to hungry and homeless men, women and children. The new café expects to feed 200 to 300 people a day. Admission is free, but donations will be accepted.

The Dade City Symphony will present its “Musical Revelations” spring concert on April 23 at 7 p.m., at Pasco Middle School, 139215 14th St., in Dade City. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Admission is free for general seating.

Children’s Dentistry and Dr. Gregory Stepanski of New Tampa will host a Patient & Community Appreciation Party on April 23 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., at AMF University Lanes, 13109 N. 56th St., in Tampa. The party is to celebrate 25 years in business. The bowling party will feature face painting, balloon animals, crafts and a $25 gift card drawing every 25 minutes. April 1 marked the federally sanctioned Donate Life Month. Throughout the month, LifeLink of Florida honors the spirit of those individuals who make transplants possible – organ, tissue and eye donors.

One organ donor can potentially save the lives of eight people, and improve the lives of dozens more through tissue donation. Donation places no financial burden on the donor’s family.
