There will be a town hall meeting with Pasco County Commissioner Kathryn Starkey on Feb. 18 at 6:30 p.m., at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 20735 Leonard Road in Lutz. The topic will be the Florida Department of Transportation toll overpass at U.S. 41 and State Road 54, redevelopment on U.S. 41, and building the community’s identity.
