There will be a “Diamonds & Dessert” fundraiser on Feb. 12 from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., at the Dade City Garden Club, 13630 Fifth Ave., to benefit COPE (a children’s outreach effort), Dade City Sunrise Rotary Foundation, Excelerate (a life skills company), and The Samaritan Project. Knights of Columbus Council 8104 of Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, 2348 Collier Parkway in Land O’ Lakes, will host its annual Lenten fried fish meals on Feb. 12, Feb. 19, Feb. 26, March 4, March 11 and March 18, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. The cost is $8 per person.
