Tampa’s tree lighting ceremony will take place at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, 600 N. Ashley Drive, on Dec. 4 at 6 p.m. There will be music by Late Night Brass and a “Secret Santa Giveaway.” After the tree lighting, there will be a movie. Admission is free, but guests are asked to donate a teddy bear to the annual Rough Riders Teddy Bear Drive. Guests can bring blankets, low-back chairs, coolers and dogs on leashes.
