University of South Florida’s iPad Band, Touch, presents a “Christmas Worship Concert” on Dec. 1 at 7 p.m., in the School of Music Concert Hall on the Tampa campus. Touch will be joined by the USF Gospel Choir, Lumina Youth Choirs, Worship Quest Idlewild Youth Choirs, innerGRACE Dance, the International Justice Mission, VSA of Florida, and our special guest, Abby, from Spirit FM’s ‘The Big Big House Morning Show.’ Audience members can bring their own mobile device with any app that plays drum sounds and join in with the band. The Land O’ Lakes Recreation Complex, 3032 Collier Parkway, will host a “Black Friday Lock-In” to allow parents to start holiday shopping or spend an evening together without the kids. The cost of $20 per child covers babysitting services from 8 p.m., Nov. 26 to 11 a.m., Nov. 27. A late night snack and light breakfast will be provided. Children must be between the ages of 7 and 11 years old and comfortable in a large group setting. There will be 20 kids per one adult.
