Hillsborough County’s Northwest Skate Park, 8612 Jackson Springs Road in Tampa, will host “Back to the Springs,” the final installment of the Best Shredder of the County Skate Parks series, on Nov. 21 from noon to 4 p.m. Skateboarders of all ages can shred and grind the rails, and show off their best street-style techniques and tricks.
