Spirit People Intertribal Family will host the Back to Odessa Pow Wow Sept. 18, Sept. 19 and Sept. 20, at 2317 Gunn Highway in Odessa. The cost is $4 per person at the gate. The Shattering Barriers annual dinner celebration will take place Sept. 16 at A La Carte Event Pavilion, 4050 Dana Shores Drive in Tampa. The fundraiser will benefit the MacDonald Training Center, an organization that offers life and job skills training to people with disabilities.
