LIBRARY BOOK BAZAAR

The Hugh Embry Library, 14215 Fourth St., in Dade City, is having a book bazaar March 13 and March 14 from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. There will be books, audio and video media, magazines, and related materials, most for less than $3. For information, call (352) 567-3576.

CHURCH LENTEN FISH FRY

Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, 2348 Collier Parkway in Land O’ Lakes, will host its annual fish fry every Friday during Lent from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Dinner costs $8 for adults and $4 for children, and includes fried or baked fish, macaroni and cheese, vegetables, coleslaw, bread and a drink. A fish sandwich also will be available. Dessert is an extra cost. Meals are dine-in or carryout. The next fish fry is March 13.

WESLEY CHAPEL REPUBLICAN CLUB

The Wesley Chapel Republican Club will meet March 12 at 7 p.m., at Hyundai of Wesley Chapel, 27000 Wesley Chapel Blvd. The guest speaker will be Javier Manjarres, author of “Brown People: Hispanic Politics and the Disunited State of Amigos.” There will be a book signing at 6 p.m. Coffee and dessert will be served. LUTZ DINE OUT

There will be a Lutz Dine Out fundraiser for the Lutz Citizens Coalition March 11 from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., at Elsa’s Mexican Restaurant, 18450 U.S. 41 in Lutz. A portion of your dinner bill will go to the Lutz Citizens Coalition to help preserve and protect Lutz from unnecessary growth.

TEACH AND TASTE

Time for Wine will host a Teach and Taste Event March 11 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., at Dash of Salt ‘n Pepper, 10353 Cross Creek Blvd., in New Tampa. Premium wines from Chilean Wine Country will be showcased. The cost is $15 per person, or $20 at the door without a reservation. Zephyrhills Flea & Farmers Market

The “Zephyrhills Flea & Farmers Market” takes place the fourth Saturday of the month at Zephyr Park, 38116 Fifth Ave., in Zephyrhills, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Vendors sell produce, plants and flowers, specialty foods, cheeses, bakery items, jellies and jams, honey, nuts, coffee, ethnic foods and more. Pasco Aging Network meeting

Pasco Aging Network will host its monthly meeting March 11 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., at Life Care Center of New Port Richey, 7400 Trouble Creek Road.

Membership in PAN is open to all government organizations, nonprofit agencies, private agencies, businesses, educational institutions, and individuals who are committed to improving the quality and availability of services to seniors.
