Community Aging and Retirement Services, in partnership with the Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point, will have balance classes May 18 through July 6, every Wednesday, from 10 a.m. to noon, at the Rao Musunuru MD Conference Center, 14100 Yosemite Drive in Hudson. The sessions include group discussion, problem-solving strategies, videos and gentle physical exercise.
