The East Pasco Seventh-day Adventist Church, 7333 Daughtery Road in Zephyrhills, will have a free vegetarian cooking show and dinner with Chef Mark Anthony on Feb. 1 and Feb. 2 at 6 p.m.
Guests can learn about plant-based cooking, and how to lower cholesterol, lose weight and increase energy by choosing the right foods and cooking them correctly. Guests also will get to eat all the entrees and sides that are prepared.
Admission is free, but reservations must be made.
