DIABETES 5K RUN/WALK OCT. 25

Florida Hospital Zephyrhills, 7050 Gall Blvd., will host a 5K run/walk on Oct. 25. The event is designed to raise awareness about diabetes and about the hospital’s efforts to help patients manage it. Registration begins at the hospital’s campus at 7 a.m., with the 5K scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. The cost is $30 per person.
