Dianne Cardwell passed away at age 79 after a series of illnesses.
Dianne was born in Gilbertsville, NY and raised a family in upstate New York before moving to Florida, lived for a time in New Jersey and then in the Catskills before returning to Florida where she remained until her death. Dianne enjoyed spending time with friends and family and will be truly missed.
She is survived by her partner, Faro Vitale of Morriston FL, a sister Cynthia (Stark) Young of Wallkill, NY, a daughter, Nicole (Block) Adams and her partner, Timothy Britt of New Port Richey, FL, sons Terry Block and his wife Kathy of Old Orchard Beach, ME, Brian Block and his partner Deb Leonhardt of Manchester, NH, and Bruce Block and his wife Wendy of Land O’Lakes FL, numerous grandchildren, and her extended family. She is pre-deceased by her parents, Frank Stark and Laura (Todd) Stark, and by her brothers Robert Howard Todd and Vincent Stark.
Services are TBD. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to the American Heart Association.
