Free self-defense classes in Wesley Chapel

The Wesley Chapel Martial Arts Academy, at 5268 Village Market in Wesley Chapel, is offering a free self-defense class on Jan. 16 for those age 18 and older. The class, taught by master instructor Habib Fayiz, is for beginners looking to understand self defense techniques, ranging from basic to advanced.
