Gulfside Hospice will offer a new “Journaling and Guided Meditation for Grief” workshop on Aug. 5 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., at the Gulfside Center for Hospice Care, 5760 Dean Dairy Road in Zephyrhills. Participants will be guided through a two-hour workshop aimed at teaching various ways to utilize writing for relaxation, reduce stress and process grief feelings.
