CARES and Gulfside Hospice & Pasco Palliative Care will host a free “Circle of Care” health fair on May 4 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the CARES Elfers Center, 4136 Barker Drive in New Port Richey. There will be giveaways and door prizes.
Also, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., there will be a “Seniors & Sense” seminar, designed to offer community resources and information to seniors and caregivers. The first 150 registrants by May 1 will get a free lunch.
Seminar highlights include an invocation from Alice Delgardo, vice president of community impact at United Way of Pasco County; speaker Rep. Gus Bilirakis, keynote speaker Mike Fasano, a family financial planning presentation, a panel discussion, a hospice presentation, a senior safety workshop and more.
