The Health & Wellness Center at Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel, 2700 Healing Way, will offer a heart-healthy cooking demonstration on Feb. 11 from noon to 1 p.m.
Executive Chef Jerry Dzialo and Registered Dietitian Denis Doman will show how to prepare healthy meals. Guests can sample menu items and take home recipes.
