ICI Homes, one of Florida’s best known and prestigious homebuilders, is excited to begin its second phase of homes in Bexley, a planned community embracing a natural setting in Land O’ Lakes.
“We haven’t been in Bexley for a few years, and are thrilled to be coming back,” says Greg Jones, Tampa division manager for ICI Homes.
Phase two will feature 32 homesites, all in close proximity to Bexley’s premier amenity center, which features a resort-style pool, game room, well-equipped fitness room, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and a community cafe.
“It’s basically like having the amenity center in your backyard,” says Jones.
Ranging from 1,500 square feet to 2,600 square feet, the 32 homesites will start in the upper $400s and will have one- and two-story options, and will feature alley garages. All of these homes, in the spirit of ICI’S brand, will be fully customizable to each and every homeowner’s interest and style.
The Bexley community features single-family homes that absorb the “Old Florida” feel. Preservation is the key to Bexley’s beauty, and the community is nestled into the existing landscape integral to the Bexley way of life. It also has thousands of acres of preserved wetlands, miles of recreational trails, and a great location off State Road 52 and the Suncoast Parkway.
“Bexley is a flagship community in the Land O’ Lakes area,” says Jones. “There’s so much the area has — from shops, restaurants, parks and trails — Bexley is able to offer all of that because of its superb location.”
ICI Homes will start offering VIP appointments on Sept. 8 for phase two of Bexley, for potential homeowners.
Lake Jovita Continues To Have Great Success
ICI Homes continues to have great success in Lake Jovita — an established master-planned community in Dade City.
“New homeowners are moving in monthly,” says Jones. “If you’re looking for a community with wider homesites (that can be up to three-quarters of an acre), no CDDs, located in a growing city, Lake Jovita is the place for you.”
Some of the inventory homes that will be offered in Lake Jovita include the Charlotte, Costa Mesa and Egret.
The Charlotte’s 2,106-square-foot floor plan is designed for optimal convenience, allowing you to enter through a mudroom area attached to the garage. The walk-in pantry is just steps away from the mudroom, making bringing in groceries easier. From there, enter the kitchen and open living and dining areas, perfect for entertaining or spending time with the family.
