The Nature Coast Chapter of the Florida Native Plant Society will meet on Feb. 14 at 7 p.m., at Land O’ Lakes Heritage Park, 5401 Land O’ Lakes Blvd., in the community center. The guest speaker will be Valerie Anderson on the topic of “Florida Native Edible Plants.” Participants can sample native foods foraged and grown in Central Florida, and view pots of cultivated natives brought over from Green Isle.
