The Crisis Center of Tampa Bay and Hillsborough County hosted a joint celebration with a ribbon cutting for the Crisis Center’s renovated facility, and to recognize the 25th anniversary of the county’s health care plan. A 10-foot tall heart, a work of art donated by Dominque Martinez and Rustic Steel Creations, also was unveiled.
